Madrone Tree Hill is your perfect natural outdoor wedding or event venue!
Hidden within 50 acres of mature White Firs, Silver Tips, Douglas Firs, Sugar Pines & Ponderosa Pines is a scattering of majestic Madrone trees that are unique to this area. Madrone Tree Hill is located in the fresh air of the western Sierra Foothills known to many as Apple Hill. While you’re here enjoy the many fruit farms, bake shops, wineries, and breweries.

The meadow area behind the cabin offers a large shaded area in the afternoon with a creek winding gently amongst the trees. This venue provides a serene escape to days gone by. When the sun sets, the meadow is lit with strands of overhead lights creating a magical glow adding a romantic feel to the meadow as you dance into the night, or just enjoy good conversation with family & friends.
The Black Forest
Now, for something completely different!
Found in this forest of perfectly aligned trees, sits a single gnarly old Madrone tree. Dark shadows blanket the ground as a single dead leaf falls from the tree. The wind moans through the trees as guests are seated for a wedding ceremony in the round under this giant Madrone Tree reaching for the heavens creating the ultimate canopy for your vows.
No Matter what natural ceremony site you choose, you can be assured each has its own unique backdrop creating an everlasting moment in time for your special day
For the reception part of your special day you can enjoy natural beauty as your backdrop with the sunlight streaming through the trees and dancing under the stars or bring in tenting if you prefer. Should you choose to offer your guests alcohol, we require our couples to use the services of A Perfect Pour.
This is a DIY venue, and while we have giant Madrone Trees reaching for the heavens creating the ultimate canopy for your vows, you will need to bring in everything else you need for your event.
Rustic nature, Garden, Outdoor Ceremony & Reception
Set up time can start at 10:00 AM. Events must end by 10:00 PM.
Day before can be arranged for extra fee. Venue is available on weekends only.
The rental fee is $1,800.00 and you can use the event area for a total of 12 hours this includes set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $250/hr. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required in addition to 50% of the rental fee with signed contract to reserve your date, and the balance is due 1 month (30 days) prior to the event. An Insurance certificate is also required and must be submitted to our coordinator 45 days before your event date. A strict 1-hour time slot for rehearsal day before is included.
